A: Standard check-in time is 12 noon.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 6 pm.

Q: If I arrive late, will I be able to get something to eat?
A: We will advise you of your dining options to ensure you don't go hungry.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, we have undercover parking for 20 rooms.

Q. Do you have parking for cars and trailers?
A. Yes. There is ample off-street parking for most vehicles and combinations, including coaches.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at the Mackellar Motel are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Not right now. We are in the process of sourcing a new restaurant contractor

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, room service is available for breakfast and dinner.

Q. Do you have a bar on the premises?
A. Yes, drinks are available through Maverick Bistro.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi throughout the motel.

Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes, we have a large garden courtyard catered to by Maverick Bistro.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A:  We are two blocks from the CBD, three blocks from Woolworths, Target, Coles and the Civic Cinema.

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: We are over the road from the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club, and within short walking distance of a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Pizza, Chinese, Indian, and Thai. Please ask at Reception for more information.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: No.

Q: Do you have a guest laundry?
A: Yes, a washing machine and dryer are available to all guests.

Q: Can I bring a pet?
A: Yes, we are pet friendly and have a pet policy.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in. For cancellations received with less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
