Can I arrive late?

Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 6 pm.

If I arrive late, will I be able to get something to eat?

We will advise you of your dining options to ensure you don't go hungry.

Do you have undercover parking?
Yes, we have undercover parking for 20 rooms.
Do you have parking for cars and trailers?
Yes. There is ample off-street parking for most vehicles and combinations, including coaches.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms at the Mackellar Motel are non-smoking.
Do you have a restaurant?
Not right now. We are in the process of sourcing a new restaurant contractor
Do you have room service?

Yes, room service is available for breakfast.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
Yes, we provide free high speed WiFi at around 50Mb per second.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a large garden courtyard.

How close are you to the shops?
We are two blocks from the CBD, three blocks from Woolworths, Target, Coles and the Civic Cinema.
How close are you to restaurants?
We are over the road from the Gunnedah Services and Bowling Club, and within short walking distance of a number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Subway, Pizza, Chinese, Indian, and Thai. Please ask at Reception for more information.
Do you have Smart TVs?

Yes. But you need to bring your own credentials to log on thru our 40" smart TVs. We have free Netflix in Executive Spa Rooms, Family Rooms and Family Suites.

Do you have a guest laundry?
Yes, a washing machine and dryer are available to all guests.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, we are pet friendly and have a pet policy.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in. For cancellations received with less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first night will be charged.
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit card details are required to secure room booking.
